Terms
Last updated 16 July 2026
ClaimLensIQ is developed by Aurum Digital Consulting Limited. These terms cover this website and the boundaries of the platform.
These are not the contract. Use of the platform by an insurer is governed by a written services agreement and an accompanying data processing agreement — covering service levels, retention, sub-processors, liability, indemnities and termination. Where anything here differs from that agreement, the agreement governs.
What the platform does, and does not do
ClaimLensIQ examines documents and photographs submitted with an insurance claim and surfaces forensic evidence about them. It assigns a review priority so an adjuster can see which claims warrant attention first.
It does not determine fraud, and it does not decide claims. Every output is evidence for a human to review. Every claim decision rests with your reviewing team and their insurer, who remain solely responsible for it. A review priority means “look at this first”; it is not an accusation against any claimant, and it must not be represented as one.
Some checks are recorded but carry no weight in the score until their accuracy has been validated against our reference corpus. Those are marked as such wherever they appear, so a reader can tell evidence from commentary.
This website
- The content here is provided for information about the product. We may change it, and the product, without notice.
- If you request a demonstration, please give accurate details so we can respond. How we handle them is set out in the privacy policy.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, or to disrupt it for others.
Access to the platform
- Accounts are issued by an insurer's own administrator. Credentials are personal and must not be shared — the audit log attributes every action to the account that took it.
- Privileged roles must use two-factor authentication. That is a requirement of the platform, not an option.
- Evidence and findings belong to the insurer whose claim they concern. They are never visible to another insurer.
Intellectual property
The platform, its forensic methods and its reports are the intellectual property of Aurum Digital Consulting Limited. A claim's evidence, and the findings about it, belong to the insurer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The services agreement sets out the governing law and dispute resolution for platform use.
